Lily has been extremely helpful and responsive when we decided to move to one of the advertised flats. The process starting from viewing the flat to signing the agreement took 2 days, which is by far the best service we got since we started renting. Many thanks to her! Edit: I regret giving this review before I actually moved in. Once the review was given, the agency stopped caring about anything saying how it's not their issue that the flat wasn't clean. We had to delay our moving date and pay extra money to rent the van we planned to use, to rent the space where we stored everything, to the point where it affected our moving so much we had issues paying the 2nd month rent. When this happened I got an extremely rude call from their agent saying they do not care about excuses when this was entirely due to them and the property not being ready to move in. :) So I guess in this case it was their business. I will never recommend this company to anyone. They are themselves so full of excuses. Probably very easy to see in the next comment they will make here.

Cool cribs is A fantastic agency The agent named as Albert was very helpful towards me. He helped me deal with my situation and was very responsive. To be honest he worked after his working hours just to help me out. Grateful for that assistance. So i suggest everybody to use these agency and ask for albert. Stop using those fancy agencies called dexters etc. They are overrated.

Met up with Elena after she relied quickly on SpareRoom, did the viewing and then paid the holding deposit. Everthing was done over email, sent over my docs and references! Bish bash bosh.. I got scammed for £2.5 k so I had extreme anxiety! But they assured me everthing would be fine as it was. My place is the best and I’m extremely lucky I found this agency. 1000% recommend!!!!

Avoid this place at all cost!!! Albert wasted our time and money. He told us the last minute that the flat is unavailable when we paid the deposit for the new flat. His work ethic and standards has not been good. We had to repeat ourself multiple times and he still was not update to date with infos we gave him.
