This was subsequently resolved by more detailed checking of sources.

GoogleI'm absolutely delighted with the service I've received from Coopers. From the very start, they've been really friendly and equally efficient and have kept me fully informed throughout the whole sales process.
I've been particularly impressed with how proactive they've been. It's a difficult market right now and, not surprisingly, we lost two buyers before proceeding successfully with the third. Even when we had apparently sold the house, Coopers stored full details of every enquiry for our house. This meant that, when a sale fell over, they were able to immediately reach out to these enquirers and had people viewing the house again almost immediately.
Without any doubt, Coopers are outstanding estate agents and their work directly led to our house being successfully sold in a this very difficult market.
