GoogleWe engaged Russell at Coopers to sell my late mother’s house, encouraged by his knowledgeable, no pressure approach. Our confidence was not misplaced as he managed the whole process from start to finish with calm professionalism.
He gave good advice whenever needed and was able to recommend a few conveyancing solicitors upon our request. Our occasional contact with other members of the team suggests that they also have a similarly professional, helpful and friendly outlook.
As we were in the happy position of selling a house in a popular location, there were a number of offers put forward following the open day and other viewings. Russell gathered all of the information we needed into an easily understandable format so that we could make an informed choice in accepting an offer.
He provided updates as needed and all communications were answered quickly and clearly. The sale completed recently and couldn’t have been less stressful.
I can’t recommend Coopers highly enough and would happily use their services again should the need arise.
