Hi I would like to make a complaint about Sophie Gordon who is a lettings consultant. I just had a viewing with her and she did not come for the viewing. I had emailed her I was on my way to the viewing as I was running 5 minutes late due to the delayed trains. Sophie failed to provide the right contact number for me to reach her on and therefore wasted 1hr and 20 minutes of my time which I had taken to travel to the viewing. I'm very disappointed in your customer service and I highly recommend you to train your staff on how to communicate better with clients.

We went with Coopers to help us find a flat to rent. The lettings consultant, Lily, was a dream to work with! She made a real effort keep us up-to-date with new properties that were coming to the market that could meet our needs, and made sure we could get viewings that suited our schedules. Selling was not easy but we had a good number of viewings and a few offers. The first purchase of the property did not complete but the second did. The Coopers team kept us updated and Russell helped out significantly with the completion process.
