GoogleWe found our first home in London through Coopers and it became our only home that we needed over 4 years of our stay in the UK. All thanks to the wonderful team of Agents, Property Managers, Inspection Specialists and of course our dearest Landlords. I would specifically like to thank a few people in ascending order of acquaintance. Starting with our viewing agent George- our letting agent who helped our onboarding, Katie- our property manager who helped us all through our our tenancy and renewals. Rachel- our property inspector. Last but not the least- Olivia our Property Manager, who made our final descent smooth and memorable. It was handled professionally and patiently. With her help, we were well informed about our expectations and all the help Coopers could extend. We received our final report promptly and had an open dialogue all through out. She even helped us connect with our landlord for a few queries we had and it was such peaceful process without an ounce of worry involved. GoogleI lived in a property "managed" by Rob and his team. Rob and his team can be kind & lovely people. I know there are reason for slow action, which happens all too often. They will take the landlords side on issues. I also think it's a case of someone stepping back after all these years and letting someone else step up (if you get my drift) they are ok, but if your talking about the money that property involves, I would have to really think long and hard to use them
