GoogleAlfie at Coopers Ruislip Manor has been amazing. We had a very long sale completition and he has kept us informed every step of the way. He has been so patient and been in contact with us nearly every day to push the sale through, I can’t praise him enough. GoogleVery disappointed with my experience at Coopers Letting Agents. I vacated my rental property at 28 Mill Bridge, UB8 2XX on 31st March 2025, and despite repeated follow-ups, I still have not received my deposit refund. I received the check-out report on 8th April, and since then, I have emailed the agency multiple times, including on 25th and 28th April, but responses have been delayed or vague, with no clear resolution. I’ve been told repeatedly that the landlord’s confirmation is pending, and even after being promised updates before staff leave, no action has been taken. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating. This experience has been stressful and unprofessional, and I would not recommend their services to anyone expecting prompt and reliable service.

GoogleThe initial prompt meetings with Greg then the ongoing help with Alfie were excellent. With quick responses were helpful from start to finish. Alfie kept me informed from start to finish with the sell of my Mum's house. I would highly recommend Coopers to anyone. Thanks again.

GoogleThe lettings department at this agency has been a significant waste of time. On two separate occasions, I've inquired about advertised properties that were ultimately unavailable for viewing. Most phone calls resulted in vague promises of a call back regarding viewings, leaving me wondering why these properties were advertised in the first place. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.

The initial prompt and helpful meetings with Greg, the ongoing relationship with Ben and all the team in the office who arranged and managed the viewings. Mine was an unusual sale being part of a probate case, and with myself living over 200 miles away. The team kept me informed throughout the long process and kindly checked on the property weekly for me. Ben especially was extremely helpful , posting mail up to me when the redirect failed and chasing down buyers and solicitors to finally get the sale 'over the line'. Sincere thanks to you all !
