GoogleI just rented 2600 house i seen it 3 months ago and ask agent to go with me to check if is all Ok. They refuse. I paid and taken keys. The door is demaged , the boiler not work, kitchen sink leak, and is huge Smell from drain in back jard. I report it no one replay and clme back to me . So weekend now in smelly house without hot water and with demaged door

Ben Marron dealt with the process from the start, and he was excellent throughout. He was always helpful, on top of everything, and very understanding of the situation. Having dealt with a number of estate agents in the past, my experiences haven’t always been great. This time was different. Ben really took the time to hear me out, understood the situation, and handled things accordingly. The whole process felt smooth, well-managed, and far more personal than what I’ve come to expect in the industry. I’d happily recommend Coopers and would definitely use them again in the future.
