We put the offer over the phone with Alfie who was very positive about it and just ask to send an email.
Shortly after he call us to say that the offer can not be accepted because we are not selling our property with them and the only way to secure the property will be to sell with Coopers.
We love the property and knowing the only way is to work with them we cancelled the contract with other agent and sold with them.
After agreeing on our sale we heard from Alfie and our agent the same lie that the seller pulled out and also we didn’t offer enough ( which we didn’t get to the point to negotiate).
And how we know they lie ? We found the owner she was clearly disgusted we the founding, never heard about our offer , what more they
were told the house was not popular and other lies.
It was too far to cancel the deal but Alfie’s behavior was not acceptable and caused a lot of damage.
We do not wish this nightmare to anyone 😣

My experience with Cooper’s Lettings regarding my tenancy deposit refund was extremely frustrating. After moving out, the agency told me no documents were needed for the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) refund and promised to handle it. Weeks passed with no update. When I chased them up, they suddenly told me to contact the landlord myself, something they never mentioned before.
Their lack of communication, poor advice, and refusal to assist with the TDS process was unacceptable. If you expect any real support from this agency, look elsewhere.

“If we are the managing agent for the property then we will discuss any dilapidations with you directly. Alternatively the landlord and you will need to discuss the content of the report and agree any costs that may need to be applied. When you have agreed the costs you will both need to inform us in writing and upon receipt we will disburse the deposit accordingly. If the landlord did not use the services of an independent inventory company then you will need to arrange a time to meet with the landlord to check the property.”
As you are aware we do not manage the property and therefore you should of contacted your landlord directly on the deposit return.

GoogleHad an extremely unpleasant experience with Hillingdon Cooper’s Residential. When we moved out, we were told no documents were needed to process our deposit return through the TDS. The lack of clear communication, misleading information, and zero support made the process unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend Cooper’s Lettings to anyone who expects reliable information or proper assistance with their deposit.

GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this letting agent.
They were quick to chase Deposit, but incredibly slow to address their responsibilities of guiding innocent clients. At the end , there were unjustified reply from the Deposit Return and the process of getting it back was unnecessarily drawn out. As they say that Landlord refuse to rent the property. They kept my £219 i feel like they scammed me. They said that my references failed but when I requested proof they don't want to give me. I checked my credit score and it's all OK.
I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a professional or reliable service. Renters deserve better. The house was a studio flat in Uxbridge.
