GoogleLazy staff and liars!! I had a visitation cancelled by a en employee called Ben who then said he would contact to rearrange a viewing for me. If anything it appeared like I was doing his job as I was the one messaging him with his reply being “I will schedule a visit for you soon” . After a week I called the agency and I lady spoke to me saying I will book a viewing for you the same day and I would receive an email confirmation which was a surprise as I thought Ben would have done this for me. 1 hour before the viewing I called again to confirm as no email was sent to me and I spoke to a lady called Hoyrie who told me I didn’t speak to anyone earlier that day which is a complete lie and told me I had no bookings. And then to my utter surprise I was told that the property had an offer accepted the day before. Shocking

GoogleTamer, Nancie & Doug were all magnificent - it's our second time using the Conran team, this time for sale of our property, and they were great! Very responsive, clued-up and flexible. We've dealt with several other estate agents in Greenwich while house-hunting, including especially bad ones who answer even very simple important questions with a gormless 'Yeah, I don't know...'. Conran are the absolute opposite of that. If you want your sale or purchase to go smoothly, use Conran!

Tamer, Nancie, Doug and the team all went above and beyond to make things go smoothly. From the first meeting, they listened to what we wanted and successfully scheduled house viewings around our family life, delivering with a rapid series of offers and then they helped coordinate a very complex chain with excellent communication throughout. Annie’s work on securing excellent tenants, swiftly drawing up contracts and organising compliance certificates was seamless. Annie went above and beyond ensuring last minute works were completed ahead of my tenants moving in, which I greatly appreciate. Huge thanks to you Annie and also to Lorraine, Debejah, Shannon and Ruby. Each of you were excellent at all stages of the process. The Conran management team are now looking after my tenants and the property and once again are first class. Thank you Danielle and Debbie. I highly recommend Conran Estates.

GoogleWe've been renting with Conran for 2 months now and the service is one of the best. I've rented through different agencies before, had viewings with oh-so-many more and Conran definitely stands out! When Lorraine showed us the property, it was almost a half an hour long viewing and she really took the time to answer all our questions regarding not only the property itself, but also the signing process, referencing, and then the renting itself. We dealt with Ruby as well, who was kindly taking care of us for part of the referencing process. Annie at the reception was great, very patient and lovely each time! Amazingly lovely team overall. Regarding problems fixing around the property, the property management team is great, especially Owain! Everything has been solved pretty quickly. Thanks so much to the whole team, looking forward to the upcoming years :))

GoogleWe had an apartment viewing in Deptford Bridge with Leyla and although we didn’t go ahead with renting it, just wanted to leave a review for the experience with Leyla. She was very patient with us. Leyla let us take our own time to view the apartment and answered all our questions and concerns. It did not feel like she was in a hurry to conclude the viewing. GoogleSecond time using this agency. First time bought a property, now just sold it with them. They are amazing! The most professional agency: always responsive, open and transparent… found us a buyer very quickly and at the price range we wanted. Tamer has a wealth of experience in the area, and Nancie has been absolutely brilliant! The sale took a few months and these guys were there throughout, to help both us and our buyer, and to ensure a smooth transaction. Cannot recommend enough!
