We have had a really positive experience with Ben and Zach. Ben properly listened to what we were searching for in terms of a home to rent and gave us great options while Zac was lovely and took us around the rental flat we were looking at and was very informative.

My wife and I have seen many rental flats in recent months with many different estate agents. Zac has been very responsive with helping us with our property search, and has taken into account our requirements when suggesting properties, which is something I cannot say for many other agents we have dealt with.

I had a great experience working with Nancie Lockyer and Conran as a buyer. All of the viewings I requested were arranged very promptly and at times that were convenient for me after work which I greatly appreciated. Nancie kept in touch throughout the purchase and was particularly helpful keeping the pressure on the glacially slow solicitors. She was very professional and completely helpful throughout the process. Thank you!

I am full of praise or Demi and Salvatore at Conran's. From first viewing to completion, they have been friendly and warm, they've listened to my needs and questions, and they've supported me throughout the entire process. Demi's swift response to all my emails was first class and she always took the trouble to check that I had another point of contact if she was on leave over the summer. I cannot thank you enough for showing me what would be my future home early in my house search, for remembering my interest and getting back to me about it, and for your care and communications throughout the conveyancing process.

Excellent agency and particularly helpful, especially for first time buyers. The property pamphlets given to us are well done, giving all the information such as extra charges, floorplan, extra photos and more information about he area. We are particularly happy with Nancie, her quick communication and professionalism.

Conran Estates were amazing. We were looking to rent a flat in Brockley and our agent Ben was so helpful. He was so efficient and quick with everything and really personable at the viewings. Within a day of enquiring we had seen a few properties with him and had an offer accepted. Great experience and really recommend them. Takes all the stress out of trying to find somewhere. Thanks Ben!

From the very beginning to the final stages, Asiah went above and beyond to make the entire process as seamless, stress-free, and enjoyable as far as house buying goes! As a first-time homebuyer, I had countless questions and concerns, but Asiah was always there to guide me with patience, professionalism, and a wealth of knowledge. Her attention to detail, constant communication, reassurance, and genuine care made me feel confident at every step. Whether it was navigating negotiations, explaining complex paperwork, or providing reassurance during extremely stressful moments, Asiah was truly exceptional. She treated the purchase of my home with as much dedication as if it were her own, and her commitment to completing the transaction was evident throughout. I can’t thank Asiah enough for her tireless efforts, expertise, and support. Asiah has set the standard for exceptional service, and I believe her outstanding work deserves recognition.

I had a pleasant experience during my first viewing. Lorraine was amazing, welcoming and attentive. She took the time to answer all our questions, making the process smooth and stress-free. I also viewed another property with a different company the same day, and the difference in customer service was like night and day. Thank you, Lorraine, for making the experience so positive!
