This is the second time we've used Conran and they are still providing a 5 star service. We have now successfully sold our flat after plenty of ups and downs and through it all Doug, Dani, Tamer and team have been professional, attentive and excellent communicators. There is only one estate agent in Charlton area you should get to know Conrans. It is that simple. We moved to the area in 2006 and bought our first house through them. In 2014 we sold that house and bought another (through Conrans). Today at the end of 2024 we sold that house having moved out of the country. At every stage of buying, selling and renting out our houses we have been supported by Conrans. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Michael is a local legend. He is the "local bank manager type" who lives in the area, knows everyone, knows every house and has built a fantastic team. Asiah his latest protégé delivered fantastically during our most recent sale. If you have read this far you know what I think. This is the only estate agent for you if you are buying, selling or renting. Thank you very much Team! You rock.

I've used Conran for over 10 years now for selling and renting a property and highly recommend them. Their staff are so helpful and friendly which makes what can be a stressful process much easier. They are really knowledgeable about the local market, I've spoken with lots of their staff over the years and they are always responsive and happy to answer questions. They've recently re-let my property and made it super easy. They had so many viewings lined up and had really detailed knowledge of the tenants which meant we were able to agree on terms super quickly. Conran remain the only estate agents I'll use in Greenwich which is all down to their amazing team.
