GoogleThanks to Michael, Nikki and the rest of the team at Conran Estates in Charlton. They were very professional and friendly at all times with a excellent knowledge of the local market which helped us to price our house realistically. An offer was placed on our house quickly but after we experienced a few delays due to searches and enquiries, we found Nicki to be extremely helpful and reassuring at a very stressful time, providing us regular updates. We would wholeheartedly recommend Conran Estates to anyone looking to buy or sell.

GoogleTamer and team very professional. Missing a star as property was in a poor condition with holes in windows and with the management passed straight over to the landlady who was adamant it wasn't her problem it left me with expensive bills through the winter tying to heat the property.
Hi Kieran, thank you for the amended review, we really appreciate it. We take on board your comment regarding the expensive bills and have fed this back to the landlady. We passed over management to the landlady as she wanted to manage it herself which is a shame as we always prefer to manage properties as it generally makes the experience easier for tenants but it is the landlady's choice. GoogleWe had a rental bid accepted through Conran Estates. However, shortly after we had passed the referencing process they informed us the landlord had decided to keep the existing tenants. We had to pay for the referencing so we were left £100 out of pocket each and no effort was made to reimburse us or recover our cost from the landlord. This is not illegal, but it's illustrative of who they see as their main customer.
Dear Tom, we are somewhat flabbergasted by this. We can see you are registered with ourselves but cant see that you have actually viewed through us never mind placed a deposit down. We are not in the habit of keeping peoples deposits unnecessarily. Just in case you form part of a tenancy which may have been booked under a third parties name (i.e. a lead tenant) then do please email us at: headoffice@conranestates.co.uk. If you can send us the name of the lead tenant and the transaction reference as I fear that this negative review may be aimed at a competitor rather than us - if so then we would kindly ask you to remove it (we are Conran Estates) Finally, just so you are aware, our main customer we work for are our vendors and landlords and therefore we can only go with their instructions. However, we do have an obligation and moral duty to offer a duty of care for our tenants and purchasers alike. We hope this explains our position. regards

GoogleExtremely good service from both the manager and the lettings management staff here. I recently moved my rental properties to Conran's after experiencing poor service from one of their competitors. All the staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgable, and Georgina in lettings management is especially helpful. It's nice to deal with the same people all the time, Conran's don't seem to have the high staff turnover I experienced with my previous management company, and I think that reflects well on the manager (Tamer). I'm not exaggerating when I say I dealt with 15-20 different people at my previous agency. At Conrans I speak to the same 2 or 3 people all the time, the phones are answered by real people, not answering machines and they take immediate ownership of any problem or query and sort it out, usually on the spot. I can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI’m a first time landlord and I’m glad that I chose Conran to fully manage my flat. Tamer was very helpful in arranging appointments and answering our queries promptly. He and his team were diligent in marketing the property and sending me updates for viewing statistics from the Rightmove website. Tamer’s team (thanks Susan) has to date been spot on with promptly acting between me and the tenants, arranging for repairs and quotes. No doubt I’ll continue using Conran for the future.

GoogleWe were buyers of a property being sold by Conran Estates. The agent, Hayden, was absolutely key to the sales process and pushing things forward with our vendor's solicitor. We honestly think we'd still be waiting to complete if it wasn't for him! All staff at Conran's were friendly and responsive, and in particular we can't thank Hayden enough. He went above and beyond.
