GoogleHave used Conran Estates Greenwich for several years, we recently had to find new tenants and the lettings team at the office (Tamer, Evie and Hayden especially) were always friendly, helpful and quick in responding to any questions. We feel very confident and secure with Conran managing our property.

GoogleConran Estates have been absolutely fantastic as the managing agent of our property while we resided abroad for several years. Most recently, we sold our property through Doug in what can only be described as a record time in a very slow market. The whole team at Greenwich are incredibly supportive, and Tamer, Doug, Hayden, Georgina, Susan, Debbie and Anne have all gone above and beyond on many, many occasions. I cannot recommend them enough.

GoogleFrom our very first viewing, Tamer was professional and helpful. Despite having set backs with the first property we wished to buy, Tamer and the whole of the Conran team remained motivated in finding the right property for us and ensured that we were kept completely informed with the progress on all sides. We also found both Hayden and Doug, very personable and willing to help resolve any issue we had. The team provide us with recommendations for a solicitor, who provided a fantastic service. In addition to this, we used Conran’s mortgage broker, Jeff, who provided a brilliant service and helped us to make the right decisions by making the whole process very smooth. We have been incredibly impressed with the Conran team through the whole process. They have made the stressful process of buying a property far easier and much smoother than could be expected. Tamer has continued to provide wonderful customer service in tying up loose ends and supporting us as best he can during our move.

GoogleI have used Conran Estates several times for finding new tenants and most recently the sale of the property, and on each occasion Tamer, Doug, Hayden and the team were professional, followed up my queries quickly and were a pleasure to deal with. They went above and beyond with the sale, and I cannot recommend Conran highly enough.

They arranged additional viewings at short notice and persisted to get things pushed through with a tricky legal team that were failing to respond. We couldn't recommend them enough.

GoogleWe were referred to Conran Estates in Greenwich by a friend when we were looking to rent a property out. We were unhappy with the previous agents we had used and, in general, found big name agents extremely impersonal and heavy on sales tactics. Conran proved to be a breath of fresh air from the start. Hayden came around to assess the property and took a genuine interest in the property and us.. There whole interaction felt grown up, grounded and factual, devoid of any puushy sales tactics. Hayden and team were able to line up viewings as soon as our property was listed and within a week we had multiple offers resulting in us finding wonderful tenants. Throughout the process Hayden, Evie and Tamer were extremely responsive and kept us apprised of all developments. I wish we had discovered Conran sooner and I can't recommend them highly enough whether you are a landlord, tenant, buyer or seller. I look forward to what I hope would be a long and continued relationship with this wonderful local business.

Google10 years back we bought property using Conran Estate Eltham and it was fantastic. Now we used them to let the same property and we are completely frustrated with the service of the lettings team in Eltham and Greenwich. An abysmal experience.

Dear Prasanth. I am so sorry that you have had to report this. It is very important that our service is exceptional every time. I have undertaken a full review on this reported experience and note that my Lettings team and Office Partner (Rob Iommazzo) have spoken to the tenant in great length before the tenant approached you directly. I have even listened to the recorded conversations and at no point did I gather that the tenant was unhappy. Further more, there is an email from the tenant to the lettings management team stating "thank you for your prompt attention". Therefore I do not see why the tenant called you suggesting that there was an issue getting in touch with us. The actual maintenance issue was regarding hot water and this was just a simple case of flicking a switch to turn on and therefore I am challenged to see why our service on this occasion is considered "abysmal".
