I would never considered renting out my property with Conran Estate agent or even recommending them in the future based on my current experience. I live next door for the property that they managed. I have requested for the tree cutting of the property as the size of the trees has put the house on risk. I have spoken the estate agent in person, via phone calls and emails and got no responses. It seem no one in the local branch cares about his or her tenants or property owners.

Always had a low opinion of estate agents and as a solicitor found them even more tiresome to deal with until i engaged the guys at Conran in Brockley. These guys know that market and kept us updated all the way (surprisingly good value too). Hats off to Guy and Dan, thank you for a job well done.

As a perspective tenant, it has been a nightmare trying to arrange viewings through them. I'm a Teacher working heavy hours and their attitude made me just waste time. Every time I'd see a flat on their website and ring them to book a viewing they'd say somebody ''will call me back''. The first time they got back to me the next day at 9am through email, arranging me a viewing at 11 am which obviously I could not make due to work and because they didn't bother to give a call. The second time I never received that ''call back''. The third time I contacted them asking if a specific flat with a SPECIFIC price (which I mentioned) was still available and the person on the phone said ''Yes''. I took time off work, traveled 90' only to be shown a different flat to the one I had requested which was also 300 pounds more expensive. The agent claimed the other flat was not available. The agent did not even excuse himself. He was a rude person, not welcoming, did not even smile for a moment and look down his nose on me when I arrived there (I've dealt with dozens of agents and he was by far the rudest). Never again.

We were very pleased with the outcome and were moved in to our new home with no issues. The only thing we weren't such a fan of was the level of detail that the referencing agency they use requires - but they did ensure any sensitive data was handled correctly.

Throughout a roller coaster ride trying to sell our house during the Brexit period, Conran Estates and in particular, Nicola Moody and Michael John, has provided the very best information, the concrete support and patience when all around us was chaotic. Nicola had to cope with two chains breaking and she was instrumental in chasing solicitors, ensuring that our sale was smooth this time round. She always made time to cope with my questions, rants and frustration. I have now used Conran twice selling houses. I was really impressed on both occasions. They have an amazing team that have helped and supported us. We found their valuations realistic and therefore, we got the right people in the door. They always gave realistic and honest advice, even when it was not what I necessarily wanted to hear. Believe me, they know better than you! Thank you team. This is the first time we have used an outside agency like Conranestates to find a suitable tenant for our flat in London and also manage the property during the tenancy. Understandably we were initially wary, but after a couple of meetings with Mr.Tamer Alcici we realized our worries/fears were unfounded. Tamer and his staff were friendly and helpful and prompt in responding to our queries and requests for meetings. They were professional and kept us updated on viewing and feedback from clients throughout the process. We really enjoyed our dealing with them and felt our property would be safe in their hands.
