GoogleVery irresponsible, we arrived the viewing place finding out nobody was there, and leasing agent just went AWOL, not picking up calls nor WhatsApp message nor email. We were trapped in the property for 30mins trying to figure where / which is the exact flat we are viewing.

After investigating the situation, we understand there was a communication breakdown. Our agent emailed in the afternoon to reconfirm the appointment and attended the viewing at 6pm. When they couldn’t locate you, they rang the number we have on file, but it appears there were technical issues with phone connectivity, and it didn’t go through. After they couldn’t make contact, they left.
We take all viewings seriously and would never intentionally miss an appointment. We would welcome the opportunity to reschedule your viewing at a time convenient for you - please contact our office directly so we can make further arrangements.

TrustpilotUtterly Disappointing Experience with Cluttons
My experience with Cluttons has been nothing short of frustrating and deeply disappointing. From the very beginning, communication was extremely poor, and promises were not kept. I was told that my property was ready to move into which turned out to be completely untrue.
After moving in, I discovered that the heating and hot water weren’t working, amongst many other things. Despite countless emails and phone calls over the course of three weeks, I received minimal responses and no real urgency from their side. By the time the issue was finally resolved, I had already fallen ill due to the lack of heating.
Other problems with the flat were only acknowledged after nearly five weeks of persistent chasing, and it was only when I mentioned involving the council that things began to move forward. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic respect for tenants’ time is unacceptable.
If you’re considering renting through Cluttons, I would strongly advise doing a thorough inspection before agreeing to move in and if possible I would recommend looking for another property altogether.
Overall, Cluttons has demonstrated a complete disregard for communication, tenant well-being, and basic property management standards. I would not recommend them to anyone.
