Take a trip to LS11 and the Greenhouse development on Beeston Road, Leeds, to see what a Citu development looks like 10 + years later - when the awards are rusting on the shelf. It’s a disgrace and nowhere near the vision as originally set out. Huge bills, antisocial behaviour, poorly maintained facilities. Let it be a warning.

Great recent experience with Sharan while looking at apartments in Citu’s Climate Innovation District. Nothing was ever too much trouble, including her arranging a supervised visit to the construction site to see the units being built, and she had a really nice zero pressure style throughout. I was highly impressed by both Sharan (and everyone else I’ve met at Citu) and the development in general. A supportive sales and after sales team

After doing lots of research and spending lots of time at Citu Leeds we reserved our new home in June 2024. Nina, Sharan and Andy have been really helpful and went above and beyond to respond to queries we raised. They were so supportive and patient when our chain proved challenging. We love our new house, with its friendly and diverse community. All within walking distance of the shops, theatre and restaurants of Leeds city centre. So glad we made the move and grateful for the support of the Citu team.
