GoogleI've worked with CITU on their District Lofts development - Jessica and Lucy have both been amazing! They have helped with getting valuations booked in and getting across documents across so I can send to the lenders! Very responsive and approachable!

GoogleAfter doing lots of research and spending lots of time at Citu Leeds we reserved our new home in June 2024. Nina, Sharan and Andy have been really helpful and went above and beyond to respond to queries we raised. They were so supportive and patient when our chain proved challenging. We love our new home, with its friendly and diverse community. All within walking distance of the shops, theatre and restaurants of Leeds city centre. So glad we made the move and grateful for the support of the Citu team.

GoogleLoved seeing Citu’s climate district over the weekend. I work I Scandinavia a lot and it great to see a lot of the same principles being delivered here in Leeds. Taking a stroll down from the city centre was quick and peaceful and Piglove was a great spot for a riverside beer.

From start to finish, Emily was incredibly professional, approachable, and genuinely passionate about the community Citu is building. The development itself is outstanding, thoughtful design, sustainable living at its core, and a real sense of neighbourhood that’s rare to find these days. Emily made the whole process seamless, keeping me informed at every stage and always available to answer questions or offer advice. Her attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything went smoothly was hugely appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Emily and Citu to anyone looking for a modern, eco-conscious home in one of Sheffield’s most exciting areas.
