GoogleTruly a woefully managed company. Delays in new builds has sadly become the practice. However the manner at which Citu have managed the delays is truly poor. We were told of our property being delayed by a few months just two weeks before we were due to complete. It's plainly obvious that they are mismanaged due to the sheer staff turnover, in our 15 months dealing with Citu we have had 4 different 'agents' due to the previous agent leaving. I wold not recommend buying a Citu property if possible, if you do expect very little and you will still get let down.

GoogleWe had to cancel our reservation for a plot in the Citu Climate Innovation District. Timings are too long and the site is very late in the development of the houses.
We cancelled our reservation in September and after 2 months we haven’t received our refund back.
You have to chase them constantly and it takes them ages to come back to you. Every time they come up with a different excuse and we still haven’t received the deposit back in our account.
Of course it was very different when we were interested in the house!
It’s just ridiculous and unacceptable!

GoogleWe have decided to commit to moving to Leeds and to the Climate Innovation District. We appreciate there is a leap of faith here coming in relatively early in the development but CITU represents the future of house building from a climate and community perspective and we are looking forward to being a part of shaping that future. Our relationship with Danielle in particular has been very positive and she has guided us through our purchase thoughtfully and in a lovely relaxed manner.
