GoogleAs someone who's been renting in London for 10+ years, I've had my fair share of nightmares with estate agents. I reached out to Circa following an ad for a property I saw on Rightmove. Jen reached out to let me know that the property I inquired about has been let. However, she was quick to note down my preferences and shortly sent me some recommendations of suitable places. My flatmate and I ended up making an offer for the first one we saw and the process took <1 week between offer to completion, under the guidance of Jen. This was by far the best experience I had securing a new rental property in London. Jen was very knowledgeable about the London rental market. At every step of the way, I never doubted that Jen cared about finding me the right place instead of just trying to close a deal. She was quick, clear, and a pleasure to deal with. 10/10.

GoogleI recently used Circa Southwark to help sell my apartment in SE1. I can say nothing but great things about James and Ashley who were thoroughly professional and gave sound advice throughout. James in particular went above and beyond, he communicated regularly and listened to my own needs. They helped sell it twice in fact, the first time falling through due to a buyer’s change of mind, but then James worked swiftly to re-market and sell smoothly. I’d very happily recommend!
