GoogleRobby and Sol made what could have been a stressful process feel so easy. I was back in my home country and handling everything virtually, while my flatmate was there in person and still, everything went so smoothly. They were always quick to respond, super clear with communication, and made sure both of us felt supported every step of the way. It really stood out how friendly and approachable they were, which made the whole experience feel effortless rather than stressful. We’re really thankful for all their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new place!

GoogleNever rent via circa as they will charge you thousands of pounds of unnecessary charges out of the security deposit. such fraud agencies should not be allowed to operate.

GoogleMaya made a stressful flat hunt so stress-free ! She is an absolute asset to Circa and I would highly recommend either landlord or tenant to use Circa. As a tenant I needed all information quickly so I could make a decision. Maya was organised and super prepared therefore securing a tenant for her client within days. I am super impressed how Circa's staff worked as a team to ensure our tenancy was secured timely. I genuinely have so much to thanks to Maya and the Circa team.
