GoogleI am impressed by the head of renewal, Marissa Bayne, who worked at Circa London. She is very professional in follow up the tenancy renewal negotiations for my unit in a timely manner. On the other hand she is keeping good relationship with the tenant to the best benefit of each other in a fair way. I am glad that to have her managing the rental matters of my unit & car parking space while I am not living in UK.
