GoogleBest experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent. Sol especially went above and beyond, giving up extra time to allow all the tenants to view the property. He was transparent, reassuring and never pressure sold but gave realistic advice that respected both the tenant and landlord. His friendly communication style made it all feel human and was drastically more pleasant than other well established agencies I’ve experienced. Can’t wait to move in!

GoogleI rented through Sol for a while and he made the whole experience easy from start to finish. He was always quick to reply, friendly and clear about what needed doing, whether it was the move-in, day-to-day questions or the move-out. When we had to give notice and leave, he walked us through every step and kept things simple and stress-free. You can tell he cares about his tenants. I'd recommend Sol to anyone looking for a place to rent.

GoogleAfter a good few weeks of rather nightmarish experiences with the accommodation market in London, my experience thus far with Circa has comparatively been a breath of fresh air. I had Sol as my agent for the flat I was viewing - his friendliness, rapid response times, and overall helpfulness all contributed to me taking the flat in the end.

GoogleSol was really helpful throughout the whole renting process. As an international student, there were a few extra things to deal with, but he was always patient, clear and helpful. He replied quickly when we had questions and helped us find a way forward when our situation changed. It made the whole process much easier for us, and I’m really grateful for all his help.

TrustpilotFraudulent billing
At the end of my tenancy they sent me a huge water bill for my apartment (basically 50 metric tons of water per month), despite me showing clear evidence that the meter reading was 515 cubic meters and not 4600. By the end of my tenancy I had been bringing this issu to the attention of the agent for almost 9 months! Jessica Langley-Hunt was indifferent to this matter to an extent that never ceased to amaze me. She could not be bothered to deal with this matter.

GoogleJen from Circa is an absolute star! She helped us rent our flat and made the entire process seamless. She was quick to organize viewings and was a good negotiator, helped us getting our offer accepted in record time. Since this was a corporate let, there was a lot of complex paperwork, but Jen and her team managed it all effortlessly. She also helped us arrange with move-in requests like moving furnitures around the flat which was a huge help as we are new to the UK. Even when we bombarded her with questions on the weekends, she was always there to help. Thank you, Jen, for making our first UK renting experience so positive! Update: another 5-star service from Circa! Huge appreciation to both Tianna and Jessica for being so proactive and attentive. We recently had issues with a tap and a faulty light switch, and they handled the repairs seamlessly and without any delay. Dealing with property maintenance can often be stressful, but they made the whole process effortless. Thank you both for the stellar support!
