I couldn’t recommend Ashley Whitbourne and Kit highly enough. Ashley, as the manager, and Kit, as the sales negotiator, both played an equally important role in the successful sale of my house in the Roupell Street Conservation Area, and I was extremely impressed with the service they provided throughout. From the outset, they were both professional, knowledgeable and incredibly proactive. The communication was excellent from start to finish. They kept me regularly updated, responded promptly to emails and messages, answered questions clearly and, importantly, were always on top of what was happening with the sale. I never felt that I had to chase them for updates or wonder what was going on. They were also excellent when it came to dealing with the buyer and progressing the transaction. They knew when to follow things up, how to communicate with the buyer effectively and how to keep everyone focused on getting the sale completed. Their persistence, attention to detail and understanding of the sales process made a significant difference. They worked extremely well as a team, and I genuinely felt that both Ashley and Kit contributed equally to achieving a successful outcome. They were approachable, professional and committed throughout, and they handled what can often be a stressful process with a great deal of efficiency and professionalism. Most importantly, they achieved an excellent price for the property and managed the relationship with the buyer very well throughout the negotiations and sale process. I was very pleased with the result and with the level of service I received. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ashley and Kit to anyone looking to sell a property. They both went above and beyond, and I would be very happy to use their services again in the future. Excellent service from two people who clearly take pride in what they do.

Sam was extremely helpful and efficient during my move-in. I discovered that the bed frame was damaged when I arrived, and she responded very quickly, contacted the maintenance team straight away, and arranged for someone to come and fix it promptly. Thanks to her support, the issue was resolved without causing any disruption to my move-in. I really appreciate her professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help. Highly recommended.

I can’t recommend Sam highly enough! She has been absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to help organise my dishwasher. My roommate and I were looking for accommodation for the coming academic year, and we were very lucky to have Ella Hopewell helping us throughout the process. Had a good experience going through the letting process with Sasha Cimpoise, and getting maintenance help from Sam El Jani from Circa. Very responsive over messages, helped me with a variety of special requests in the lead up to the tenancy, and the entire tenancy process was speedy and relatively painless. Circa also has an overall higher quality bar than most other agencies for lettings around east london in my opinion, would recommend.

I was a tenant for three years and during my time, I was provided the worst service possible from Shireen. She is extremely unresponsive and not supportive. It came to a point where her manager had to step in and the problem was somewhat resolved but again at the end of the tenancy, my calls were being ignored, and my deposit was held longer than the timeframe set by Shireen- I was messed about constantly. I hope no tenant has to go through this.
