I recently purchased a property through Circa Residential Property Ltd and cannot recommend them highly enough. While they were representing the seller, they went above and beyond to help me as a buyer navigate what can often be a stressful and complex process. Communication throughout was timely and consistent, emails were answered promptly and viewings were always punctual. Whenever I had questions or needed clarification, they were quick to connect me with the right people to resolve any ambiguities, and they accommodated all of my information requests without hesitation. They were instrumental in helping me gather everything my lender required and in assisting my solicitor with their enquiries, which kept the process moving forward smoothly. Despite representing the seller’s interests, they struck exactly the right balance, giving me the confidence and information I needed to make an informed decision. The support didn’t stop at completion either; their post-purchase assistance was a welcome and appreciated touch. A special thank you to Mr. Trevor Titus and Mr. Cameron Titus for their professionalism, patience, and warmth throughout the entire journey.

0 star if possible! This Estate Agent did not do anything to protect my brother "TheTenant" who died suddenly leaving no will and the only beneficiary being his 90yr old Mother who is entitled to his deposit back,( he has signed protection agreement which Landlord illegally did not cover!)therefore no protection for the tenant!My brother's bank has confirmed that his mum is sole beneficiary in a letter which was sent to them ! They are now asking what proof she gave to the bank to show that she is his mother !!! Where is the Compassion????There is no probate needed on a small Estate ! Other Estate Agents would not behave this way !!!! Shame on you!!!!

I never thought I'd write a review for a rental agent because all the agents I have seen or heard so far were not really worthy of leaving a review. During the sales time or showing the rental homes, they all will be nice but it's during the tenancy and after the tenancy how they deal with you is what keeps Circa a different people altogether. I rented for approximately Four and Hlaf years in one of the properties they manage and I never once felt ignored or not cared for. Georgia responded as quickly as possible and arranged the plumbers or electricians or any kind of maintenance almost instantly. She always followed up with me whether the issue is resolved or not. Whether it is related to the contract or end of the contract, she was always there to help. During the end of tenancy Sean Thomas was so helpful. He had his genuine opinion on the condition of the flat and suggested what I should do. He is another gentleman who takes care of you. All these guys are not just doing business they have a heart and they think about you, your situation, your circumstances and they understnad all of it and try to convey it to the landlord. Not much is in their control if the landlord doesn't agree to any of our requests but at least these guys have a heart to present our case. These are the wonderful guys and I'd recommend all my friends to utilise their services and I am definitely reaching out to them for any future requirements. Thank you Circa!

I spent around 16 months living in a flat managed by Circa property. Compared to all the other letting manging companies I've been with Circa has been amazing and blows all my past experiences out of the water. Georgia Bodinetz was the main contact for the duration of my stay and she always provided an excellent service. She was always very punctually, replied quickly to the e-mails and quickly sorted out any issue I had with the flat. It was a great experience working with her and I will most likely struggle to find the same level of quality from any future property management companies.

From the moment I spoke to Sean to book in the viewing right up to the point he met us with our keys, I cannot fault Sean in any way whatsoever. Emails were exchanged with Sean Thomas, Lettings Manager. A viewing was arranged for Saturday 10th August 2013 at 13:00. Nobody from Circa arrived between 12:45 and 13:30. No call, no email. Two calls to their office were not answered or returned. One email to Sean Thomas was not responded to. Would not recommend.
