GoogleI live in Kenya and I'm selling my London apartment. Sarah-Jane @ Crica has been so helpful in handling all aspects of the process and I've not had to worry at all that I'm not there. Her pricing estimates were spot on and she really has a good knowledge of the surrounding area. Top service!

From our very first conversation to the successful completion of the purchase, he was consistently professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. GoogleKit and the whole team at Circa are amazing. They have helped me with renting 2 flats, and now a purchase. Kit is incredibly responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is progressing well, and all parties are happy. Shireen is the most incompetent representative I have come across. After repeated attempts to reach out to her about an issue within my partners property, she did not bother to respond and I had to reach out to her manager. Till my last day she has been terrible and caused an unsettling experience, she held my deposit over the period allowed as she had forgotten.

GoogleI had an excellent experience working with Sasha Cimpoies, one of the letting agents. She was incredibly polite, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions almost immediately, which made finding and renting my flat so much less stressful. Sasha also supported me through reviewing the tenancy contract and continued to be available even after I moved in. Her dedication, responsiveness, and genuine care made all the difference. I couldn’t recommend Sasha more highly. If you’re looking for someone who is truly committed to helping her clients, she’s the person to work with!
