GoogleMy experience with CIRCA Southwark was the only negative one I have had in 20 years of living in London. I was forced to live in a flat with a damaged, unstable and uneven pavement for five months, which was never repaired. Consequently, I had to move out, and CIRCA charged me approximately £4000 for early termination of the contract. Furthermore, the moving-out inventory was completed in my absence and was misleading, as the person who wrote it claimed some pre-existing damage that was not caused by me. I did not pursue legal action due to my busy work schedule and chose not to expend further energy and health on the matter. This was a disappointing experience with CIRCA, and I hope no one has to endure a similar situation.

GoogleI've had terrible experience with agencies in the past, but Circa changed that for me, and I can attribute this largely to Maddie. Maddie was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. She was consistently responsive, cooperative, and always tried to find solutions rather than obstacles. What really stood out was the level of care and effort she put in, it genuinely felt like she was helping me as if she were looking for a place herself. She brought great energy to the whole process and, honestly, she was the main reason I felt confident moving forward with the tenancy. A refreshing and genuinely positive experience!
