GoogleDuring my flat search I used two branches of Circa and both were excellent, professional and very helpful throughout. Winnie at Circa EC2 helped me with putting an offer in for a property and getting terms and requests approved with the landlord in a very communicative way that advocated for me as a prospective tenant as much as for the landlord, something all too rare in the London market. I would highly recommend Circa to anyone searching for a flat in London over any other letting agent I have used.

They will chase you for rent before itβs due but they donβt respond actively to your deposit return. It took over a month and numerous calls and emails(everyday) to eventually get my deposit back. Donβt hesitate to use TDS! They actually protected me!
Poor property management! They will be very picky about cleaning at the end of tenancy! Be ready to push back. They will look at every possible deduction such as weathered balcony doorβ¦
All in all, itβs been very disappointing service.

GoogleCirca London is a team of fantastic agents! Not only are they incredibly professional, but they really go above and beyond. I was in a bind in terms of finding a property and quick. Umar and his team are so great! They are communicative and understand the stresses that come with flat hunting in London, as well as the pressures and stresses that come with being a tenant. GoogleWhen I was looking for a property to rent, I had really pleasant experience with Circa London and management of satisfactory during tenancy. The check out process was smooth until the end of tenancy date. However, I must say that deposit repayment process was not what I expected. I believe Circa London has professional members of staff in managing the tenants before and during the tenancy. However, Circa London should not undermine its responsibilities to the tenants whose tenancy ended for issues like deposit re-payment process. Circa London should realise that it is the last process that tenants go through with the agency and the experience from it would be the final impression of the agency that the tenant will remember.
