GoogleAll our interactions and dealings with Circa so far has been top notch stuff at least from a tenants/renters perspective (neither of us is from London so obviously very relieved to not have any issues in this aspect). Rocío has been a great property manager for our two-bedroom flat, 2nd year into our 2 year contract. The flat is a bit older, so some extra attention is sometimes needed, but Rocío has always been quick to respond and take care of any issues whenever any have been raised. Landlord approval has been turned around without any delay so we're grateful for that and her involvement without a doubt. She handles everything efficiently and without any fuss, which has made our experience much easier and also gives us peace of mind that if there are issues to arise, we have a reliable manager to reach out to, cannot fault her at all.

GoogleWhat a fantastic with Circa! We were having a terrible experience with another agency and turned to Circa because of their great track record in our neighbourhood (Borough/South Bank). We were introduced to Isabelle Jenkins and she was immediately exactly what we needed. She was quick to arrange viewings, maintained unbelievable communication with us and our onward buying agent and possessed superb knowledge of local real estate! We received an offer and got to exchange well under the average timeframe thanks to Izzy’s expert work with our buyer. We have already recommended Circa to others and we will continue to do so!

GoogleWe used the letting team to manage our property. We were assigned the amazing Rocio as our day to day contact. She was very proactive in sorting out whatever was required and drew on colleagues for the renegotiation of leases. The end of tenancy process was efficiently managed and we look forward to using them going forward. I recently worked with Marissa to extend my lease, and I was impressed with how she addressed by concerns about rent increases and provided helpful information throughout the process. This led to a successful negotiation with the landlord, and gave me confidence in continuing with Circa as my letting agent.
