GoogleHonestly they have been fantastic, probably the best estate agents weβve ever dealt with. Weβve just started renting a property with them and both the estate agent (Maddie) and the property manager (Shireen) have been absolutely amazing. We had lots of questions and at every stage the whole team was helpful and efficient. Despite having a few small issues with the property, Shireen and Maddie have gone out of their way to sort out a solution for every single one as fast as they can. We are very excited to be renting with them and so far have been incredibly happy with the amazing staff. Thanks again Maddie and Shireen, you have both been amazing π

GoogleI have been using Circa London for a number of years now. They are very reliable - the firm and team has been one of the best I have dealt with or worked with over the years. They are quick to react to issues with the apartment, to help to resolve and also find optimal solutions for both tenant and landlord during contracts and renewals, bearing in mind the requirements of both parties. Marissa, Megan, Kasia are all very professional and have been very helpful (Robby as well from way back). Will continue to work with them for the next few years to come

GoogleITβS A TRAP!! ALL THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE AND FORCED! probably the WORST agency in London ran by illiterate people. I found a flat through them 2 years ago. They will be kind to you until youβve signed the contract and ask you to rate them 5 stars on Google Maps. Once you do that, they will show you their true colours. They show so much attitude for semi-literate people with minimum wage jobs who are easily replaceable by technology. If you have issues with the property, they will take forever to resolve them while treating you like trash. our flat got broken into and it took them 6 months to install a gate. AND FORGET ABOUT YOUR DEPOSIT! if you donβt chase them everyday, they will take forever to give it back to you at the end of the tenancy. they are so incompetent that they donβt know the law prescribes a max of 10 days to refund the deposit. They act like itβs their money. They took so long that I got my deposit back with interest! But when i accidentally owed them 50p they chased me like their life depended on it.
Dear Irfaan, We are naturally very sorry to see this review. We do our utmost to look after every customer. Unfortunately, as you were made aware, our client had to obtain permission from the Local Authority before he could put in a gate, which is why it took some time for it to be installed. Your deposit was returned with 14 days without deductions. You have no grounds for claiming that the reviews placed by our customers are 'fake' or 'forced', which they most certainly are not.

GoogleQuite simply, I love Circa! Iβve been a client of theirs for about 6 years and Iβve never thought about changing agents. They have always found fantastic tenants for my property, negotiated rents I am always happy with and I just let them look after things ( well, they do get paid well to do that!).All the staff are great although there are naturally some changes.

GoogleIrresponsible and unacceptable. I've been using their property management service for a few years and had no problem until two weeks ago - when my property manager was on vacation. Before my property manager started his leave, he informed me whom I should go to while he was away. While he was on leave, it was the time my old tenant was moving out, and my new tenant was moving in. There was some follow-up work during this period (for example, the arrangement and quotation for an inventory check-in and checkout report). When I asked the Circa team for the arrangement and quotation for the inventory check-in and checkout reports, I was informed that the report would be ready soon, but without informing me in advance of the quote! After I received the inventory checkout report, I wanted to ask Circa team for advice, and I was told that I needed to wait for my property manager to come back to deal with my inquiries! Even more unacceptable is that during this period, I knew that different people had entered my apartment, and I asked the Circa team to check the reason for that - and I got the same reply that I needed to wait for my property manager to return!!

Google0 star if possible! This Estate Agent did not do anything to protect my brother "TheTenant" who died suddenly leaving no will and the only beneficiary being his 90yr old Mother who is entitled to his deposit back,( he has signed protection agreement which Landlord illegally did not cover!)therefore no protection for the tenant!My brother's bank has confirmed that his mum is sole beneficiary in a letter which was sent to them ! They are now asking what proof she gave to the bank to show that she is his mother !!! Where is the Compassion????There is no probate needed on a small Estate ! Other Estate Agents would not behave this way !!!! Shame on you!!!!
