GoogleIt wasn't that long ago that I was struggling to rent a house, but my friend introduced me to Winnie and with her help, it didn't take long for the house to be rented. Winnie was also very patient. I always explained to me the terms I didn't understand.

GoogleI have just finished with the process of renting a flat and I don’t know how I would have done all this without the help of Aaron and the team at Circa. Aaron was able to answer all my questions and was super responsive in getting back to me / explaining different requirements to me. I am now living in the flat of my dreams, thank you Aaron! :)

GoogleSam was acting for the seller on our purchase of a flat which turned out to be more complicated than it needed to be. We felt that Sam was straightforward with us throughout the process and made a real effort to makes things happen. He was helpful in managing the relationship with the seller and pushing the process along, always available and communicative.

GoogleDon’t bother renting through this agency. I suspect especially so if you are an ethnic minority. I submitted the highest offer for a flat, it was preliminary accepted and I signed a confirmation offer. The next day the agent decides to ask us to submit a profile of ourselves including “where we are from”. Within 3 hours we were rejected because “another offer had been matched” we tried to increase our offer but were not allowed to do so by the agency because “the landlord said it would be unfair” to start a bidding process. If initial offers are allowed to be matched, that is by definition a bidding process. To claim the moral high ground of not wanting to accept more money for the fear of a bidding process is dishonest. But even they have to sleep at night.

Our client chose to accept the offer from the applicants who had seen the property and offered first.
