Trustpilotwhats not to like?!! great service
Needed a space to store my costumes for a school play and Cinch didn't disappoint! Great advice on what was best and they found me a ground floor space which was perfect. I felt safe when popping in and out and Harriet was so attentive to any question I had. Definitely be using again.

TrustpilotFriendly local storage
Both Jason and Matthew were very friendly and helpful in sorting out the storage we needed. The process is straightforward....the only niggle being the slightly complicated entry and exit process that you have to go through every time. Other storage units provide an electronic entry fob which is simpler. However obviously security is taken seriously!

TrustpilotHuntingdon
Huntingdon site, nothing but a 5 star so far ! From walking in to move in, has been an absolute pleasure, I wandered in on a Saturday to ask some questions, ended up being wowed by the services offered, Mail collection, drop off, lit and powered units and constant contact with the team and walked out with a 400 foot unit. The process was pain free and not paperwork heavy. I run a small business from my unit, and I have been introduced to others in the same building and been given nothing but a friendly service so far. A special shout out to Nav, who will move heaven and earth to make you happy ! Keep it up it’s really does make a difference !

TrustpilotRequired storage again
Required storage again at Chippenham and the service really is 5 star with Andrew and Paul. I got there early today before opening time but Andrew saw me and got the gate open for me to drive in. He made sure that access to my unit was all sorted and I was finished in under 15 mins. I can’t stress enough how good the customer service is at this place and you are always welcomed with a smile and any issues are dealt with immediately. Life would be so much easier if the utility and media companies were as good as Andrew and Paul. Many thanks for your help today Andrew
