Andrew and Paul @ Chippenham, Wiltshire.

We've just finished an 8 week rental.Andrew and Paul at Chippenham Cinch have been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From a store visit in person then followed by many emails from myself pestering Andrew, he's been very accommodating. The site is very easy to access, kept clean and tidy with no issues within our term.We would definitely look into a long term rental for those house items we don't want around the house.A massive thank you !

It's fine with regards to storage and I think you should have access up untill about 10pm. Working during day generally means by the time you get home 6pm you can't get in. Be nice to be able to just pop in and collect your items

Really happy with the experience I had. Kevin was a very welcoming and nice lad who helped me with any queries. This can also be expanded to the team who are always there to help out. Great company and highly recommend for the professionalism, helpful attitude and great storage opportunities.

I can't praise this business highly enough. Friendly staff who have really gone the extra mile to help in many ways. Lovely clean facilities too. I won't use any other storage company from now on.

Harriet & Cinch Both Get My Vote!

Harriet is the best self storage staff member I have ever encountered in my life and I've used storage units all over London and in other cities, too. She made the full move-in process so hassle-free and stress-free. She was polite, friendly, calm, considerate, helpful and to be honest, nothing was too much trouble. The world needs more people like Harriet and more companies like Cinch. You make your competitors look pathetic. Well done and thank you. I look forward to a happy time storing with you and wish you all great success. They also have possibly the best air con in the UK!!

Friendly staff and easy move in process

Friendly staff and a straightforward reservation process. The security/code system was well explained on move in day and we were able to change to a unit on the ground floor which made it easy to move our belongings in. The storage unit itself was also clean and secure (Newbury).
