GoogleExcellent customer service from Gosia and Nijole. Gosia contacted me to follow up on my quote request via the Cinch website. She walked me through my options and didnt try to overall mr storage. She asked what items I had and based in that suggested the 50sqaure feet would be too big. She took the time to explain how everything works asked if I needed any packing items and when I struggled to reserve the unit online, she called me to make sure I didnt miss out on the last available unit size that I needed. Thoroughly patient, empathetic and understanding it was a pleasure to do busi ees with them non-pushy and non-salesy. True customer service. When I arrived at the location, Gosie had already briefed Nijole so she was update on my queries. Nijole even offered me tea and coffee while she processed my paperwork. Super service. Highly recommend Cinch because of their honesty and level of service.

As first timers, the process could not have been easier after a call to Ed at Cinch in Seaford. Advice given on unit sizing, pricing & insurance helped us massively as we had no idea what we might need to begin with. The clear explanations about the booking process and willingness to help made the whole experience far easier than anticipated. Seafordβs offering is brand new, spotlessly clean, & easy for our removal firms to locate. We opted for 24/7 access so easy to access our unit using personal codes, and peace of mind over security provision.

Mark was easy to deal with, provided a good deal on the unit and was very helpful with check in, which was a lot simpler than other storage places Iβve used before.On the day I was moving things in the delivery guys had a bit of trouble and made it just before closing, Mark kindly stayed on a bit so we could complete the move and canβt thank him enough.Highly recommended

I have been with Cinch (Enfield) for almost two years and the service that I have received has been excellent.Jaymee has been a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is ever too much trouble, even when I ask for discounts - always ask for a discount.What makes Cinch my choice for storage; apart from being close to my home is the ability to access my unit outside working hours. This has made storing my things hassle free which has caused me to stay longer than I should have.Thank you Cinch (Enfield) team.
