Superb facility and service.

This is the first time we have used a storare facility and the experience and high level of service we have had at the Watford branch has been exceptional. I spoke to Sam on the phone to make initial enquiries and he was able to give me clear and concise information. At the facility, Samir was very efficient and helpful with the sign up process both times and gave clear instructions on how accessibility especially during extended hours. He allowed me the option to choose the unit after showing several of the size we required, he also helped find a unit close to the first one when we signed up for the second one. The facility is very clean and secure. The Watford team are very welcoming and friendly and always offer refreshments which were much appreciated during the hot weather. All in all a great experience, Thank you!

GREAT STAFF!!

Just want to say again… Jack, Lauren and Maria were a massive massive help while moving house, especially under the circumstances. Really friendly lot of staff and incredibly kind to me after everything that’s happened. Hope to use their services again, might bring a bit of light into such a dark time for me. Funny how life can keep kicking you while down but there’ll always be people like Jack, Lauren and Maria to pick you back up. Great facility as well.

Staff were pleasant

Staff were pleasant, helpful and courteous. Access was easy, price comparable with other storage, our unit looked brand new. We had an outside store, like a garage, only thing that could improve possibly would be some lighting in the storage. We didnt need it, but I would think in deepest winter, finding things in the dark at 4pm could be an issue. Would recommend Cinch, and their Sittingbourne manager, John, who was friendly, professional and helpful

I have had a wonderful experience!

I have had a wonderful experience so far with Cinch. On calling I spoke with Jack who was very attentive when I shared my requirements. I was swiftly contacted by Lauren the Shoreham branch manager to chat through my options. Lauren was communicative and has been genuinely supportive and helpful in recommending options for my storage needs. I have felt that the quotes were fair and that if I needed to stay on longer, I would be looked after. This has been a really pleasant experience and I would not hesitate recommending the Cinch Shoreham branch, in fact I have!

First impressions, excellent

First impressions, the reception staff were excellent, showed me around and explained every thing, never pressured me to do anything. The visit reassured me it was a better storage option than a container out side somewhere. The air conditioning will stop mould and damp forming on my mattress and sofa plus paintings and personal belonging. Access is good and easy.

Moving home, so went to look at some storage that was closed by. Went in to Cinch Self Storage in the Wisbech branch. Guys in there help with everything from making sure the unit size will be enough to helping with boxes to pack up my house with. Site was all indoors and clean and tidy. Highly recommend

We have worked along side Cinch in Newmarket before through the company I work for and each time they have been easy to work alongside. For personal belongings we have now rented out our own unit and Nijole was extremely helpful from the start. She allowed us to look at the unit prior to renting and made the overall experience very easy. The location is easy to access and locate. I would highly recommend.

Cannot fault the service! Everything was incredibly easy, pleasant and efficient from beginning to end. We needed somewhere to store my daughter's university stuff over the summer holidays. Dawn and Jordan in the Sidcup team were warm, welcoming, professional, friendly and very quick to respond to all queries from initial enquiry through to handing back the unit. It was easy and completely reliable to get in and access the unit out of hours when needed and when it came to us handing back the unit at the end of the summer it was all very simple and straightforward. Would highly recommend.

Signed up for a 50ft unit last Friday…

Signed up for a 50ft unit last Friday and from calling into the reception Francesca & Craig were both friendly and extremely helpful. Francesca showed my the size of a couple of available units as I wasn't sure what size I needed and it was good to view in person. I then signed up there and then and couldn't fault the service that was provided. I will certainly recommend Cinch Woking to any colleagues and friends.

Brilliant place to use to store belongings

Amazing Storage at a great price

Well what a company - Leighton Buzzard Cinch made us feel so welcome and were a reassuring tonic to our stressful home moving day. They made us welcome in the office, reassured us about the removal team and any concerns were promptly answered. Our belongings were exactly as we left them 9 months ago. The units, facilities and general building were exceptionally clean and looked after. Thank you to a Jason and Matthew whom we would highly recommend.

Very unhappy with the treatment my…

Very unhappy with the treatment my husband my little 12 year-old daughter and myself got a storage in Brentwood on Tuesday the eighth last week. We have been using safe storage in grand for the past three years absolutely no problems. Their old staff treated with respect and were very helpful and the all staff still are very respectful and helpful but a new girl that only started working there about seven months ago called Maddie came down with a problem on Monday, the 7th of September on Tuesday the 8th of September we went down to fix the problem which was to sort our stuff in the unit so it wouldn’t be coming out into the hall when we would be taking it out to put in our van she came down screaming and arguing with my husband, very unprofessional in front of 12-year-old daughter that wasn’t bad enough. She then came out with filthy language in front of my 12-year-old daughter it’s just not acceptable. Also she was being very racist towards us on the way back up to our office. She was still screaming and giving out very unprofessional. We are now moving out of our units to a different storage as I do not accept this behaviour towards my husband myself or my one year-old child we are giving up four units. We were very good customers and also we have some friends that were renting their and they are also moving. I still can’t believe the way we were retriever. She did not want us using the trolleys went clearly as we taught the trolleys are there for the customers use? Apparently they’re just there for some customers. She clearly had something against us and why we do not know absolutely disgusted cannot believe the behaviour of this lady
