My Cinch storage !

Cinch took the stress from moving house.The customer service from Ed was above and beyond. He explained everything and was so helpful. The storage facilities are amazing, clean, easy to use, and they have everything for your moving and packing needs. I recommend this company highly, and the flexibility for use and opening hours are great. There is easy access, trolleys, boxes, tape, bubble wrap and much more. It's certainly made my life alot easier !Thankyou Ed and Cinch 😊

Huntingdon site, nothing but a 5 star so far ! From walking in to move in, has been an absolute pleasure, I wandered in on a Saturday to ask some questions, ended up being wowed by the services offered, Mail collection, drop off, lit and powered units and constant contact with the team and walked out with a 400 foot unit. The process was pain free and not paperwork heavy. I run a small business from my unit, and I have been introduced to others in the same building and been given nothing but a friendly service so far. A special shout out to Nav, who will move heaven and earth to make you happy ! Keep it up it’s really does make a difference !

Jaymee provides the best Customer Services - Geat asset to Cinch

Your Lady Jaymee was very friendly and very knowledgeable. She was very prompt on sending us quotes for various prices and very helpful in showing us around and advice on different size units. On the couple of occasions we have gone back to add things to the unit, she has come out and welcomed us, and just has a nice caring nature about her, which is what you need in times of advercity. It is so refreshing to actually speak to a person and have a person present.

I booked the drive up unit at Newmarket. It's basically a garage. :) The price was decent: £173 pounds per month incl. insurance. There is a 2 week notice period. Convenient access between 7am and 11pm. Amazing staff: Nijole and Gosia were very helpful throughout the whole process of booking and granting access. All great so far - the only thing which could be improved is to have some source of light inside the unit. Better deal than Big Yellow

I moved to Cinch from Big Yellow and had a substantial saving. The Cinch site was further away and parking was a little restricted but overall I'm satisfied. My depot is Southend-on-Sea and Graham Nikki have been very pleasant and helpful.

What can I say....

What can I say....The Southend branch of cinch are very polite, courteous, cater to all your needs and do not sell you what you don't need. Mark was very polite, catered to all my friends needs. We was offered a drink, which most companies don't. I highly recommend cinch Southend for any storage needs. My friends move from her house and storing things in her unit. Storage hunting!!! So stressful

We looked at a few storage places and gosh some were disgusting!!!! From our visit to Cinch and meeting Abbas it was a pleasure and a joy and put us at so much ease to know our stuff was going to be in safe hands Abbas was so lovely and patient and helped us so much in deciding what size to go with and even stayed passed his finish time to help us on both occasion the first visit and then finally going to sign the unit paperwork nothing was to much trouble for him and he’s an asset to the company I look forward to bumping in to him on our next visit with our boxes always happy and jovial which is a great thing to see he very clearly loves his Job and we look forward to Cinch looking after our belongings 😊😊

Andrew in the Chippenham branch was brilliant

Rented a storage locker in Chippenham as we were between homes waiting for our new house to be built. We ended up having to keep the locker longer than planned due to delays with the build. Prices were reasonable and Andrew and his team were fantastic from start to finish, incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. The whole process was so easy. We felt we had one less thing to worry about during what was a pretty stressful time. Thank you Andrew!

Cinch Chippenham - Amazing Service

From the first phone call to moving into the unit, Andrew and Paul in Cinch Chippenham were absolutely brilliant. Such amazing customer service (something that is severely lacking nowadays...) and nothing is ever too much for them. Felt like bespoke service from the get go and always looking to reassure and keep updated. I had an issue where my contents didn't fit into the planned unit, so Andrew calmly assessed all options and found me an extra room without charging me the world for it, always looking to help where he could, again, such amazing service. Thank you to all the team.Would highly recommend this site, you won't regret it.

Friendly, cheerful and helpful.

The men working at our local Cinch storage were friendly and helpful and cheerful the whole time. It was easy to get our belongings stored, the storage was clean and fresh, the trolleys all worked well. We could back in under the porch so we didn't get rained on. Parking was great. The van was free to borrow for the day. What more could we have asked? I would strongly recommend Cinch Storage to anyone - especially now I know it's nothing to do with those dreadful car adverts on the TV.

The experience from the first contact was good. On moving into our storage unit, which was beautifully clean, alarmed and easy access. Customer Service response

Despite numerous emails, and telephone calls, Cinch (Gillingham) have failed to give me an adequate response to how they calculated a refund to me, in July.I first contacted them around the end of July and all I get back is 'someone will get back to you'.The last few emails have not even been acknowledged.Update 4 November 2023Within hours of this post I received a call from Cinch apologising for the service and sorting out the correct refund.They acknowledged it should have been sorted sooner. Thank you Mitesh Desai for taking control of this for me. Hopefully, lessons have been learned.

Mark was easy to deal with, provided a good deal on the unit and was very helpful with check in, which was a lot simpler than other storage places I’ve used before.On the day I was moving things in the delivery guys had a bit of trouble and made it just before closing, Mark kindly stayed on a bit so we could complete the move and can’t thank him enough.Highly recommended

Couldn't be happier with Cinch...

The move in to my unit at Cinch Huntingdon was about as good as it could possibly be. I'd called the day before and spoken to Stuart who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when taking me through my options and subsequently inviting me down to view. Upon arrival to the office Stuart greeted me and took me up to the unit. Everywhere was very clean and tidy, the unit is in immaculate condition and the facilities such as toilets etc are really well maintained. Stuart took me through all the information regarding the contract and was very patient and helpful whilst I decided on how to proceed. I signed up that same day and have been over to the site everyday since and really can't fault anything. All the other members of the cinch team have been very welcoming, friendly and helpful and in really pleased with my decision to rent a space here. Would highly recommend.

So friendly, engaging & helpful every time I come to my units here it reminds me of vising family or a dear friend so welcoming are the Cinch staff. Excellent, courteous & Professional service. Gosia is an absolute star and a credit to Cinch. Previously stored with both big yellow (awful) & Storagemart (average) but CINCH are a different outfit all together combined with Excellent value for money. Being in the Horse racing industry I had no hesitation in taking a further unit with them at their New Newbury premises. Excellent in everyway 5*
