My whole experience with Cinch storage Newbury has been brilliant Drew & Peter have made the experience great. I was shown around the storage units to understand the size I might need I was helped all through the process and yesterday I was advised I’m getting a refund for the storage time I no longer need. Very impressed with my experience with Andriana in the Enfield. She has helped with van removal to finding the best storage size to suit my needs. We have had storage before with another company and moved over to Enfield because the store is clean and the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The girls always have a smile on their faces and very quick at responding back to questions. Store is run very well 👍🏼

Excellent storage unit in great location for me. The reception agents, Matt and Fraser in particular, went out of their way to make my visit there a really good experience, especially as I was having problems with my removal company. Fraser helped with negotiating difficulties with the removal men, and Matt was an angel in allowing me to scan some extremely important documents to my solicitor. Always friendly and helpful over the phone. Would highly recommend Cinch to anyone wanting a clean, dry, secure unit, with knowledgeable abd hepful staff.

Cinch Chippenham

Took storage out with the Chippenham Branch with Andrew and Paul. Initially to declutter in preparation for house sale and then moving the last of our house in when our purchase didn't marry up on dates with our sale.Andrew has been amazing when we've needed to upgrade the size of our unit and then upgrade again on moving day when we realised we still had so much to bring in. On the actual day he organised a second unit for us and saved us a lot of stress.Very professionally operated and helpful, answering any queries quickly. Thank you so much for your assistance. We'll definitely use you again, should the need arise.

Cinch Storage at Leighton Buzzard

The storage facility at Leighton Buzzard is clean and well lit and the access procedure is easy and reliable. I am currently emptying a unit and thus visit regularly. Whenever I park and go into the storage area, I always receive a friendly wave from Jason or Aaron in the office, and on the occasions I have spoken to them I have always found them helpful and very user friendly. From my online research, I found out Cinch storage is the most affordable in sounthend and its environment.From my first walk in, Mark has been very helpful. He gave me the best package to suit what I needed. Mark kept in touch till the start date and he help with the delivery of my goods, made sure I was comfortable.Mark is professional in the delivery of services and I enjoyed 💯 good customer experience. Running a hectic glamping business & needing 24hr access

Been using Cinch storage in Southend on sea for 6 months for business use, I run a glamping business that's ridiculously busy in the summer months, Mark was very attentive to my storage needs & placed me on the ground floor with easy access, Plenty of trolleys, good parking, very clean toilets, floors and 2 new lifts installed recently, out of hours access via a unique key pad code and also a nice discount was applied on signing up, also my insurance was a lot cheeper than others in the area, I'm out of now season, so mark suggested I move upstairs & save myself quit a bit of money each month, going from 100squ ft to 50sq ft, Mark applied another discount as iv had a month out of work due to health reasons, which realy helped me out, I can't thank all the staff at Cinch, especially Mark who has gone above & beyond to help me out when Iv struggle financially & mentally, 110% would recommend this storage facility, cheapest by far and a great team of dedicated staff, Thank you guys Damian

I recently used Cinch Storage in Newbury for about 8 months, and I am beyond happy with the experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, special S/O to Peter and Drew. These two went above and beyond, making what could have been a stressful process incredibly easy and pleasant.Peter and Drew were not only friendly and welcoming, but also highly professional. They took the time to understand my storage needs, answered all my questions, and were genuinely accommodating at every step. Moving items into storage can often be complicated, but these guys made it straightforward and stress-free. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave me full confidence that my belongings were in good hands.The level of customer service provided was truly outstanding. Peter and Drew were attentive, approachable, and consistently went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. I honestly cannot thank them enough for their help.If you’re looking for storage in Newbury, I can’t recommend Cinch Storage highly enough. A definite 6/5 stars! I wish customer service was everywhere…

I wish customer service was everywhere as 1st class as at Cinch Storage in Newmarket, Gosia and Nijole went above and beyond to make my move smooth and stress free. On a hot day bottle of chilled water was very much appreciated. Store is clean and modern, lots of trolleys available and 2 large lifts if your unit is upper floor. Over all I had a very good experience, Thank you!!

From the outset, Craig and his team were friendly, polite and very helpful.My storage options were explained to me in detail along with the associated costs. All my questions, however trivial, were answered. The paperwork was minimal and completed quickly.Access to the facility and the storage unit was easy and security excellent. You have to use Cinch Brighton!

We recently used Cinch Self Storage in Brighton whilst we had a gap between houses, and its hands down one of the best experiences we've had not just for storage but for a service in general. The storage units are well equipped, clean and tidy, incredibly secure and they have all the accessories you could need to help ease the process of loading/unloading including trolleys and sack trucks etc. They also sell boxes, mattress protectors, bubble wrap etc at the cheapest we had seen it whilst moving house. The loading area is large and access is easy during open hours but also after hours too. We were really pleased with the unit we got and think it was incredible value for money. In addition, the customer service is second to none, Stuart looked after us from start to finish, was really communicative when booking and every time we came by to unload/load was on hand with a bottle of water or a cup of tea, or some friendly advice which was a god send after a stressful moving experience. We could not recommend Stuart and Cinch enough, and just wish we had more to store! Thanks Stuart!

Tip Understand the size of your storage room !

Harriet was excellent in explaining the different sizes of room and costs , I had misunderstood the size of rooms and she pointed me in the right direction very quickly my tip for anyone else , is physically go and check the storage room size before you bring stuff to store , will save you a lot time and embarrassment !

I could not rate the service given by the staff at Leighton Buzzards Cinch storage highly enough the whole team was very helpful and supportive while I was moving house. Jason, Aaron and Matthew made the whole experience was made less stressful and having the ability to get access to my stuff 24/7 allowed me to pop in and getting or drop things off whenever I needed to an added bonus. EDIT - after i posted this review, lauren called me, to offer her appologies personally, and asked if there was anything she could do to make my experience better, i was really greatful for her call and offer as moving house is very stressful and she could she that i wasnt having a good day, after her call i felt much beter abiut the service and the whole customer experience. she also offered to wave the fee which i greatly appreciated, thank you Lauren.Additional charges everywhere, be careful to read and re read the small print. They will harass you to leave card details, but don't mention that if you don't give 2 weeks notice of when you plan to leave even if its within your booked dates they will charge you a leaving fee .... what an outrageous joke. Reception staff are rarely at reception.

We were nervous about getting all my stuff up to the unit, but Cinch has airport-style trolleys which made the whole thing very easy! Unit is very secure, clean and dry and the 25 sq ft was plenty of space for my things (mostly books, board games, and clothes)
