GoogleWe arranged to use this facility for storage, from the outset they give us incorrect information (if fact told us lies) we were told that we would be able to access the facility on Sunday... which we could not! We were also told that someone would be there, but the facility was unmanned! So no one was there to register our 1st visit, however we were given an access code via email on Saturday.. which did not work! We had a car full of boxes and waiting at the gate! we also called the help line and the central call center was no help whatsoever. Overall extremely poor service, and a totally wasted day.

GoogleFantastic service from Gosia at Cinch, Newmarket. Such a truly wonderful person to deal with. Full of good humour, but equally efficient and professional when it came to fulfilling my exact storage needs.

GoogleI booked the drive up unit at Newmarket. It's basically a garage. :) The price was decent: £173 pounds per month incl. insurance. There is a 2 week notice period. Convenient access between 7am and 11pm. Amazing staff: Nijole and Gosia were very helpful throughout the whole process of booking and granting access. All great so far - the only thing which could be improved is to have some source of light inside the unit. TrustpilotJaymee provides the best Customer Services - Geat asset to Cinch
Your Lady Jaymee was very friendly and very knowledgeable. She was very prompt on sending us quotes for various prices and very helpful in showing us around and advice on different size units. On the couple of occasions we have gone back to add things to the unit, she has come out and welcomed us, and just has a nice caring nature about her, which is what you need in times of advercity. It is so refreshing to actually speak to a person and have a person present.

TrustpilotIts a Cinch- Chippenham team are ace
I have just vacated my unit at Cinch Chippenham after a couple of years sorting my life out as a famous TV presenter would say…. I always rented storage in London when my homes there were too small, but I must go on record and say how impressed I have been with the Chippenham site. Way better than anything I have experienced before. Andrew and the team keep it spotlessly clean, and he is always friendly and helpful. I shall quite miss them and their excellent service.
