They have the approachability of a local business but have an excellent digital set up as well, with signing contracts etc a breeze. Communication is always prompt, informative and friendly. Having rented through a few agents and managing agents in London, I can heartily recommend Churchill Estates. As a first-time buyer, I cannot recommend the Churchill Estate Agents team in Walthamstow enough.
