GoogleFantastic team, always on the ball. Sam was a great estate agent all the way from our first viewing to handing us the keys after a successful purchase. They have very good referrals for mortgage brokers too, so definitely ask if you're a first time buyer like us. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Lauren, Jack and Sally were all absolutely lovely and were so helpful throughout the whole process. They were professional, friendly and genuinely took the time to help me whenever I needed it. I really appreciated how approachable and kind they were, and they made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. A huge thank you to Lauren, Jack and Sally for all their help and for being such lovely people. They really went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for everything they did. Churchill Estates are lucky to have such a great team!

Communication was great and any queries were answered promptly and fully. I would particularly like to thank Jack and Sally who were incredibly supportive at a difficult time in the sale. GoogleWe were very satisfied with the service provided by Churchill Estates during a recent property sale (which completed). The sale was highly unusual because it was jointly done with another estate agent (the property was tenanted and the other estate agent was managing the rental side). Both estate agents collaborated very well together and a buyer was found very quickly (within three weeks) who met our asking price. It took (significantly!) longer to complete the sale with that buyer, but that was nothing to do with the estate agents who continued to do a professional job and managed the expectations of all stakeholders as the transaction steadily progressed to completion.

We specifically worked with David and Stella who went above and beyond to organise the listing, viewings and then track the conveyance process. Every one I have dealt with has been friendly, professional and efficient and the communication has been excellent. I must give a special mention to Martin who worked tirelessly to get our sale over the line. Without his support and hard work we could have easily given up on what turned out to be a very difficult sale. Each member of the team is a credit to the business. 😊

GoogleWe completed our move both selling and buying through Churchill Estates. First impressions mean a lot and when we first viewed, what is now our new home, we were impressed by Charlie asking if we'd mind waiting a few minutes to let the people currently viewing the property to have some space. We really appreciated the contrast to the mass viewings other agents offer. From then on, Sally, Charlie and Jack were great supporting our move from both the buying and selling side. Sally was really great helping us negotiate the process. We really appreciated the personal touch Churchill gave and felt that they were finding our family our new home, not just making another sale.
