I rented and subsequently purchased my flat through Churchill Estates. They are exceptionally well versed in what they do. They have the approachability of a local business but have an excellent digital set up as well, with signing contracts etc a breeze. Communication is always prompt, informative and friendly. Having rented through a few agents and managing agents in London, I can heartily recommend Churchill Estates. Thanks to Pearce who handled the initial rental and to Sally and Andy who handled the sale. I couldn't have asked for better service during what can be stressful processes. And a huge special thanks to Property Manager Olivia who consistently went above and beyond during an extensive maintenance issue, making sure everything was good and handling communication between many parties throughout. Just retired so young enough to enjoy our new life

My husband and I moved to Dovehouse Lodge, Hitchin in January 2020 having just retired. Prior to our move, Sales were really helpful and kept in touch regularly to answer our many questions. Everything went well with our move. It’s now 6 years since the move and feel it was the best decision we ever made. Dovehouse Lodge is walking distance to the beautiful market town of Hitchin which we love. We are also surrounded by amazing parks and great garden centres so an abundance of places for coffee etc. Dovehouse Lodge is a lovely place to live. We have the most wonderful Lodge Manager, Linda. Linda goes above and beyond to be there for all the owners. Any help or questions we have, Linda is always there. She is kind, helpful and approachable and we count ourselves so lucky to have her looking after us and the Lodge. Eileen Durkin

Emma, Sally, Lauren at Churchill Estates are brilliant both as individuals and as a team. Emma was the perfect balance of friendly and professional. She was always able to anticipate what information and advice we needed, without being pushy. Spicer Lodge Stourbridge

Today I visited Spicer Lodge in Stourbridge to do a food tasting event from Wiltshire Farm Foods. I was greeted by Maria the lodge manager and was made to feel very welcome. I had a table set up ready for me which made my job easier. All the residents were so friendly, it was a pleasure to be there today. One thing I noticed too was how tidy the gardens were, which made it a very relaxing place to sit. All in all i really enjoyed my time with everyone there.

Sally was brilliant and she put up with a LOT of difficulty! The seller’s lawyer delayed everything a lot and was then shut down because they were under criminal investigation, which was a nightmare for us and the seller - she kept us updated, she took documents over to the new lawyer, she did everything she could to help. Even after the sale, she let us bring post in to pass onto the seller (they didn’t change their address for quite a while for some reason). She really went above and beyond and was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Sally!

As a first-time buyer, I cannot recommend the Churchill Estate Agents team in Walthamstow enough. From the very beginning, they were patient, supportive, and understanding of both the financial and emotional journey that comes with buying a home. We recently bought our house through Churchill Estates, and feel we owe Andy and his team a lot. The difference between Andy and the different agency selling my home in the North West was huge. Andy was always contactable, despite being busy. He was always completely on-top of any situation and is just a genuinely calm and easy person to get along with. Things did become complicated with my sale, my agents in the North West were drastic and didn't help much at all. Miscommunicating often, and delaying things. In a huge contrast Andy was always on hand to help and even helped mop up my North West agents mess. Truly above and beyond. Working with Andy honestly felt like we were working as a team, as I'm sure everyone that works with him does. As an Estate Agent he's 100% on top of his game, and just seems genuinely natural in his work. If all Estate Agents worked like Churchills then buying and selling houses in the UK would be a much smoother experience. Having just bought our perfect home, we don't ever see ourselves moving, well not for a long time to come. But if we ever did I wouldn't hesitate to work with Andy and Churchills. I feel being able to work with intelligent and professional people that can sync into anyones mindset while dealing with all the complications that come along is a valuable skill. His team were simply great, despite the problems my buyer and the other agents I regrettably employed threw in our direction. The whole chain stayed together, everyone got what they wanted and we are delighted to be living in our new home. If you want an example of what a great agent should be, look no further.
