TrustpilotAbsolutely Appalling Experience with Churchill Estates Walthamstow
My experience with Churchill Estates Walthamstow was genuinely awful, thanks to Daniel Casey. He was rude, unhelpful, and completely incompetent throughout. His attitude was dismissive, communication was poor, and he made an already stressful situation far worse than it needed to be. Daniel Casey should not be in a customer-facing role, let alone a branch manager. His behaviour reflects badly on the entire company, and I feel sorry for anyone else who has to deal with him. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this branch altogether.

GoogleHaving just purchased a property through Churchill Estates, Buckhurst Hill, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their property. Jake was so supportive in a stressful situation. He was informative, honest, reliable and always responsive to phonecall/email queries. Being part of a chain, we had a few issues but Jake was in constant communication with all parties involved to ensure a positive outcome for all. 100% happy with the service provided.

GoogleI was lucky enough to find a property via Churchills But I hadn’t realised just how lucky I was, it’s hard to put into words how helpful Jake, George and all at Churchills were during an especially stressful time. GoogleRude manager , refusing to sell my property because I was unable to answer 1 question. This particular office dosent have clients best intrest at heart they pick and choose bussiness and buyers for your property very dangerous and unfair moving forwards I Would recommend everyone to go to hearts, theydons, stow brothers way more professional respectful and accommodating STAY AWAY - CHURCHILL ESTATES treating customers like garbage

Living in Homebridge Lodge, managed by Churchill Estates I find the service and their understanding of elderly people first class. In particular the trustworthy warden is always on hand to deal with any problems we might have. Furthermore she assists us and takes part in events or functions we might organise. It is so comforting to have someone to call upon when required.

GoogleJust sold my property with Churchill estates North Chingford. A great experience from start to finish. The team are professional and very friendly and knowledgeable. Our lead negotiator was Lydia who was delightful to work with especially as our purchaser was difficult to deal with. Further more she made our sale process so much easier by going the extra mile for us when we needed help with issues with the house as we had vacated the property and moved abroad. Many thanks to the whole team for a job well done.

The process has been smooth and swift from advising us pre-marketing to presenting the flat for rental and finding tenants. They have picked up dealing with any bits that have needed sorting on the way. Very friendly staff and would totally recommend Churchill at Chingford.
