Absolutely fantastic agency team at Churchills South Woodford. I sold my property through them and every single aspect from the viewings right through to completion was handled with attention to detail and professionalism. They were all over everything, keeping the transaction moving and keeping regular communication with the buyers and solicitors. Phil, Stella and David were a real pleasure to work with and made it all feel so easy. I am also buying a property in the area and Phil truly knows how to sell a house!! He is super knowledgeable about every property, and really highlights the best features and uniqueness of each one. By far the most impressive and trustworthy agent in South Woodford. Highly recommend.

From day one we got on well with Phil. He was confident about the price he could get for our property and managed to sell it in our first viewing! There was only around 10 days between it going on the market and us accepting an offer. Throughout the sale, Phil kept us updated on anything the buyer needed and was also very helpful in chasing with solicitors when necessary! We would highly recommend going with Churchills and Phil as they have a ton of experience in the local area compared with other estate agents we had previously gone with.
