Settling in to a new apartment

It is now just over a year since i moved int Elmhirst Lodge in Totnes. During this time Joe our manager has been both a friend and a guiding hand in helping us to acquaint ourselves with the equipment within our apartments. Perhaps more importantly encouraging socially mixing to combat being in a new environment and making new friends. This is perhaps Joe's strongest skill his ability to put people at ease.

I have been dealing with Phil Mount for the last 8 months in regards to the sale of my flat in South Woodford. This has been an absolute ordeal and Phil has been fantastic throughout. We dealt with Charlotte from the lettings team and we were extremely disappointed in the level of professionalism and lack of knowledge and ability to help tenants find a rental property. After knowing our criteria, Charlotte failed to show us other properties which were marketed on rightmove and zoopla with Churchills which would have been perfect for us. We kept having to call and tell her our criteria she would never ask or be interested in helping. My husband and I are both working professionals and it’s a shame that I’ve had to write this review, luckily we have found a place now albeit we won’t be dealing with nor will we recommend Churchills to anyone.
