GoogleExcellent service throughout! Andy, Sally and Lauren all worked together flawlessly, informing me at every stage of the sale. They consistently deal with the delays that occur from solicitors, surveyors, mortgage companies etc but Wanstead Churchills always remained consistent with their contact and worked tirelessly to secure the outcome. GoogleA big thanks to the team at the Wanstead Churchill Estates, they were a great support during my property purchase, they definitely helped shepherd things along. Also they were very gratuitous and good-natured when I accidentally kicked over onto their floor a whole untouched takeaway coffee that I’d absentmindedly rested there (a thanks to that tea towel too, whilst I’m at it).

Suzanne is a credit to this company. The residents all love her and the reason I always stay in Bechers Court guest room. All new bedding and a new water heater. Big telly on the wall and lots of choices of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Wouldn't even bother looking for a hotel now.

I have just stayed in the guest room at Bechers Court, Old Roan where my mother lives. Suzanne has made the room really special. New beds, bedding and pillows and lovely fluffy towels. There is a tv on the wall and good WiFi. There is also lots of complimentary teas, coffee, milk and biscuits. I love staying there.

They were friendly and made the entire process smooth, answering any queries we had as a first-time seller. Communication was top notch - we were at the end of a chain and they always kept us informed and followed up with the buyers to keep the sale moving. We highly recommend their services to anyone looking to sell a property. Churchills truly made a potentially stressful situation a breeze!
