GoogleWe recently bought a house through Churchills and we can honestly say that the service from the team- especially Lydia, exceeded all our expectations. From the first interaction I had with Lydia, she was the perfect blend of professionalism, efficiency and warmth. She really cares and nothing was too much trouble. She was proactive from the start, and always available to answer any questions whatsoever. She also put herself out, and went above and beyond, and her can-do attitude made such a difference to our process. What really stands out was Lydia’s personal touch and the fact she genuinely cared in what is a stressful process. Her kind nature and pro active approach made the process smooth, positive and stress free, and the fact that she is so organised meant that we always felt confident. It is thanks to Lydia’s hard work that we are now in our dream home and we couldn’t be more grateful to her. She’s an absolute stand out in her field and we can’t recommend her highly enough!

GoogleAbsolutely first class service for the fee, our Larkshall Rd property was in need of a great deal of modernisation which might have put some buyers off, though we were not in a desperate rush to sell, nevertheless Martin Longman and his team pulled out all the stops to get us the sale and price we wanted, not only keeping us informed but chasing agents and solicitors right down the chain and helping our buyers replace a drop out buyer for their own property despite not representing them! Churchills also helped with arranging garden clearance and EPCs. Marketing materials/photos and media placement were very well done. Determination, interest, good business advice, and expert salesmanship were evident throughout and we have been very impressed with their professionalism and delivery throughout. Our only adverse comment was a wonky sale board, soon corrected.

Dean, Lydia and Martin were absolutely fantastic, driving both the sale and purchase with professionalism, energy, and genuine care. The support we received throughout the process was phenomenal; they were always available, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. From the very beginning, Andy B was great at being friendly, open, honest and transparent about expectations (price, the market and everything) as well as giving assurance a knowledge about the local market, at a great commission rate. Since then, Sally, Daniel and Lauren have been great at keeping me updated on viewings (largely automated) with their own personal follow-ups as to how the viewings went, following up with viewers who go dark, and basically dealing with a very difficult economic climate that went through market peaks and troughs. That always so lovely and amenable when I phone up and are happy to answer my questions and allay my fears. Definitely not transactional but much more relationship. After our first buyer backed out due to not understanding her financial situation, we have now just completed on our second buyer, after a few fraught months during a trough. To sum it all up, if I had another property to sell, this crew would be at the top of my list. PS As I don't have another property, if this review inspires you, I would be happy to accept a £1,000 commission 😉🤣. I won't hold my breath though. Just go select Churchill Estates.

GoogleSuperb - the team at Churchill were great, offering excellent advice and support throughout the process. They dealt with prospective buyers, their lawyers and various other parties always in a positive and helpful way and communications were frequent and useful, helping to move the sale along. It was a real pleasure dealing with the whole team and, now the flat has been sold, I think I'm going to miss them! Well done and a big thank you, Churchills.
