Awful experience

Awful experience. Reached end of tenancy and despite instructions being followed and agreement with the Landlord, no return of deposit as yet. Seem incapable of resolving the issue - or do not want to do so. A sad end to the tenancy and completely unnecessary. I would recommend you look elsewhere.

Claire has been excellent in helping us find a rental properly from abroad. She was super flexible with our requirements and timing and always kept us in the loop once we found the property. WORST company

WORST company - they try to brand themselves as trustworthy but are cut from the same cloth. I worked for them so can speak in experience but they stole my commission in broad daylight. They are simply conditioned to be a bunch of hypocrites and thieves and will ensure their bottom line is what matters. Strongly advise to stay away from them. Don't believe in their marketing - they are all black wolves in sheep's clothing.

I rented a property which was managed…

I rented a property which was managed by this company. The agents made promises they did not meet and the management agents are extremely poor. There was a flood and the information provided by the company turned out to be in accurate so they have refused to reimburse me for the hotel and all costs. I have had to instruct my lawyers to start a court process.

After we had our offer accepted Sally Behan in Weybridge called to tell us we had been gazumped. We increased our offer above asking price but were told they wouldn’t sell to us. Turns out when the seller found out our name they decided not to sell to us for ‘personal reasons’When pushed about ‘personal reasons’ she then said that there was actually a cash buyer who offered asking price. That property remained on the market for 5 weeks after that before it said under offer. Friends of mine were able to call and make viewings during this time. Disappointing that a company owned by Skipton Building Society would behave like this. The honourable thing to do would be stop acting for the seller but the commission was clearly more important.

I cannot thank the staff at CHK MOUNTFORD in Surbiton enough. My grandson was really poorly, with bronchiolitis, in hospital and our boiler was playing up and then stopped working. The staff worked so fast to get it sorted. They got a quote, the approval from the landlord and a new boiler fitted, within 5 days, so our grandson could come home to a safe and warm home. Terrible experience, Not professionals!!

Terrible experience.They are unprofessional and unreliable.. Contacted agency and fixed a time view property in Headington, Oxford. I went and waited near the property and no one turned up. After 20-25 mins I called them again and they were saying let is already agreed on that property. They had no courtesy to inform me and the viewing schedule was not even in their dairy!! I would not recommend this agency.
