GoogleAs one of those evil absentee landlords, my property in Surbiton has been under the care of Mountfords for over 25 years. During that time, the attention paid to the upkeep of the house and overall approach to the let has been beyond reproach. On the few occasions when a tenant has been responsible for repairs, the matter was dealt with swiftly and in a most professional manner.

GoogleI can't recommend CHKM highly enough. Everyone of the employees I have dealt with over the last 7-8 years has been excellent and a pleasure to deal with. I am based overseas and they make the the whole landlord experience much easier and less stressful. Go with CHKM, you won't be disappointed.

They have helped us to build, let and maintain over 200 units, and delivered an effective and professional service, no matter where we are in the property cycle. Their value as agents is born out in Grayswood’s own success. Rental growth is always strong. Voids and arrears are extremely rare, and repairs and other costs are managed to deliver the best results at minimum expense. Key to Mountford’s strength is the relationship they build with tenants, contractors, service providers, and local authority officials, working with them seamlessly on Grayswood’s behalf. GoogleFantastic letting agents. From start to finish, I have found the staff to offer an exceptional service all round. From finding me a property that suits my needs, through to dealing with a leak on my kitchen tap efficiently. Every dealing I have had with them has been such a smooth process, something which is rare when dealing with other letting agents! I couldn't recommend CHK enough!

GoogleI am an absentee landlord and for the past 15 years have engaged Mountford of Surbiton to manage my property. They have always found reliable tenants and have always efficiently handled all the administration and details of tenants moving in and out. According to tenants who I occasionally meet, Mountford are very responsive in replying to and resolving any issues that have arisen with the property.

GoogleCHK manage a few properties for me and are truly excellent. They are not a typical outfit where faces change regularly. Instead, they have long serving staff and genuinely care about a landlord's best interests (getting best price, managing work that contractors do, etc). Don't take my word for it. Go in a and talk to them and you'll see what I mean.

GoogleThey are the best letting agents I have come across so far and recommend them to anyone trying to find a place to live in this area. They were honest and helpful from the start, which is sometimes a rare blessing when you are a student trying to find a decent flat. With myself and my flatmate being foreigners, we came across some troubles in terms of both being in the UK at the same time, which has caused a lot of headaches with previous letting agents. CHK Mountford however managed everything with ease so that it did not turn out to be a problem at all!

GoogleIt's very rare, as a tenant, to deal with such a professional and friendly agency. Queries and mails are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Processes are efficient and thorough. I have rented for years in London and it's hard to find such professionalism. All the staff are helpful and friendly and go out of their way to assist. I'd highly recommend CHK Mountford to anyone.
