Great service from Danny Hicks and Daniel Johns at Chase Buchanan. It was particularly tricky during the whole Corona lockdown situation and it was managed perfectly. They did a great job of getting people around and marketing the property when buyers were getting nervous.

The Team at Chase Buchanan Richmond went above and beyond for the sale of my property. They faced some of the worst curve balls any one could ever face and yet their work rate, positivity and profesionalism never wavered. They worked well with both sets of solicitors and took on much more work than was required of them to ease the process. One of the other most important aspects was the care and attention they gave my property when undertaking viewings. Having used two other estate agents in the area I was left with scratched wooden floors and trails of dirt. Chase Buchanan were exemplrary in that respect and I never had any worries about damage. Thank you Elliot for finding us our new flat. We were looking for a place to rent in a limited time and we need to be quick. Elliot arranged our paper works on time and save us money for not giving an extra shot to airbnb. He is highly professional and know all the properties very well. We have a daughter and she will be going to school next year. He find us a flat in the catchment area of the school we wanted. The whole process has been extremely easy.
