Very helpful team! We will be the new tenants of a property in Teddington and looking forward to moving in. Unfortunately I had some technical issues on my side trying to send the deposit through for our new flat, as cards kept getting declined. Jenna McCann and the team were very helpful however and were able to re-send the Deposit link to my partner, who was able to complete from her side. Excellent service from Twickenham Chase Buchanan

I recently sold my house - twice - with Chase Buchanan. I say twice as the initial sale fell through at the very last minute, however by the following week Kristian and Myles had yet another heavy footfall through the property and within two weeks it was sold again. Throughout what was a really stressful process they were fantastic, always updating me, always in contact and more to the point always contactable to talk me through the process and any worries. Whilst I would definitely not recommend trying to sell your house twice during a pandemic, I would really recommend Chase Twickenham.

My partner and I were looking to rent out a garden flat. We told Chase Buchanan from the get go we also had a small house cat.We booked a viewing which I only got a phone confirmation for. I had to call them myself an hour before the appointment (while I was already getting dressed up) for them to let me know it had actually been cancelled.I agreed to rebook the viewing as we really liked the property. One hour before the scheduled, confirmed viewing (again, while I was getting dressed up and ready to leave the house), I was called by one of the agents who told me the landlord did not accept pets.Why was it confirmed in the first place? God knows. In hindsight, after seeing all these reviews, I am glad I didn’t get to sign any contract with them and never will.
