Between 2018 and the end of 2020, my partner and I were tenants within a property that is managed by Chase Buchanan in St Margarets. We had a good relationship with them, they're all very professional, friendly people who are good at what they do. In January of this year, we had a bit of a situation when we moved into a new flat under management of a different estate agents, and needed to move out and find a new place in a short space of time. We explained our situation to the people at Chase Buchanan, who then made an effort to get to know us and really went out of their way to help us to find a new place. We're now looking forward to moving into our new flat, and are pleased that we will be managed by Chase Buchanan again. Overall, really great people, very reliable, very professional. Sellers avoid avoid avoid.

Richmond office do nothing to go against the stereotypical estate agent persona. Rude, condescending, pushy, passive aggressive at every point of contact. And this is from the ‘manager’. I was going to ask them to sell my house. Not a chance now. Thoroughly unpleasant agency that clearly has so much business (not! - it’s currently a sellers market with next to no supply of my type of house) they can afford to treat potential sellers this way. Big mistake! From over 50% of 1star reviews on here you’d think they would be striving to do better. Says it all. Ultimate in arrogance!

Be careful when signing your rental…

Be careful when signing your rental contract with Chase Bucanan. Check the contract length is correct - amongst other things. They managed to changed our lease length so that we lost a year - admittedly we missed it when signing the contract online. Do not trust them.
